The great advantage of a chalet holiday is that you have the comforts of home and the service of a hotel. Each chalet has 3 staff to look after you and ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. They include an experienced and trained chef as well as two chalet hosts.
We offer you a choice of a full English breakfast or continental if preferred. On your return from the ski slopes, tea, coffee and cakes or homemade biscuits are laid out. Dinner is a four course gourmet meal with drinks and canapés beforehand and is followed by chocolates and coffee. Our emphasis is on high quality ingredients, freshly prepared – taking the best from French and British cuisine.
Our wines are French, selected with great care, and often discovered from surprising corners of France. We feel that good wine represents a vital element of a great meal, and our wine has been chosen with that in mind.
Starter: Seared king scallops, pea puree, crisped Bayonne Ham, pea shoots, chive oil.
Main: Roast breast of Magret, fondant potato, pickled red cabbage, carrot and vanilla puree, green peppercorn and confit duck leg jus.
Afters: Fresh vanilla and raspberry pannacotta, raspberry sorbet, raspberry coulis, crisp tuille, confit lemon.
